Transparency

The early-stage reality

Mental Fulfillment and AWALA are still in an early company-building, product-development and funding phase. Processes are incomplete, resources are limited and priorities may evolve as we learn. Initial engagements are paid, but market-rate permanent full-time salaries are not yet secured for every role. We communicate the available scope, compensation and engagement model transparently before any operational work begins.

Future funding, permanent employment, salary, equity or a specific start date must not be assumed unless they are explicitly agreed in writing.
